Bench/Squat Day

Damn good day today despite bench feeling a little slow to start off. I worked heavy sets of 4 today and got very close to my old Pr but it was damn hard! I moved to SSB squats next which went well, I hit a PR of 150kg. I did 10 singles as backoffs, clustered with 30 secs rest. These were not very heavy tho as I am sporting DOMs from hell for doing those split squats the other day. How can a 10kg plate cause so much soreness? Finished with MPs and triceps. Good day.
