So, if I were to grade my workout today, its a B+ and a D-. B+ if I go by the numbers I moved, D- if I go by how it felt.

Squat - ugh
Bar x 5
40 # KB Goblet squat x 5
Bar x 10
95 x 5
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 5 doubles - huge PR, but each one felt impossibly heavy

Bench - arg no legs left to help
Bar x 10 - this felt heavy
95 x 5 - almost didn't finish these
135 x 5
185 x 3
205 x 3
205 x 1 - pinned, yay spotter
205 x 3

205 x 2
205 x 1 - massive lat cramp

205 triples are a PR
