Last Friday's DL sucked. Only got 400 once. I was so mad I didn't finish.
Last Saturday press: 140x3 plus 3 push presses to finish the week. Normal close grip accessory and upper bacj work.
This past week was a deload. Highlight: 225 lb trap bar carry twice for 40+ yards. It was pretty easy, but fun.
Tomorrow starts meet training approximately 8-9 weeks out with some squatting!
