Thanks guys, really appreciate all your support. MAB is an oasis in a desert full of idiots.

Sunday 18 March
There is always one fool who tries to run you down. Today was a great day but the moron at the end annoyed me. I have started a thread on the subject.

Right shoulder really sore after yesterday, started hurting bad in the evening and I could barely load plates today. Didn't stop me making a 300 squat, something that means a lot to me.

Squat
60x5
80x3
100x2
110x1
120x1
130x1
135x1 - PR I wanted 300 so badly so...
137.5 x 1 PR - Not easy but in my recording, the depth was awesome. Wider stance has shortened my ROM to great effect.

Good Mornings
40x5
60x5
65x5
70x5

Dynamic Deadlifts
100kg- 6 sets of 3
Apparently these are 'shit', guess someone ought to tell that to all those strong guys who perform these eh?

Left it at that because my shoulder wouldn't take shrugs or chins.
