What do you use for a box?
I love regular high bar Olympic squats but I'm into performance pretty big too and I have definitely chosen to do box squats. The problem is the guys house I lift at is hardwood floor so there's no possibility of using anything with wheels like an old flat computer chair. What do you use personally? Maybe some of you guys are pretty idealistic.
