I like music that wakes the dead, but no interruptions. Outside the gym my music tastes are subdued.
I can work 20 hours a day on no sleep.
I don't last long in crowded and busy environments. I want to hurt people. Unless it's a bar and I am drinking.

For comparison, introvert but:
I prefer to workout alone.
I like long or short exercise routines and have no preference on either.
I don't mind high, low, or medium reps; or using a combo of all 3.
Progress is the goal but stalling is preferable to backsliding.
I lift in silence but do cardio to different beats.
I don't nap but don't normally do well on a bad night's sleep (apart from the odd occasion where I survive on 1hr).
I detest crowded and or noisy places.
I prefer to avoid stressful people.
I'm sociable, friendly, but shy.
