John Cena is one of the only performers that puts emphasis on his squat and deadlift. And if you notice his form on his squats, he goes really low. He also applies chains to his lifts occasionally and changes predominantly around compound movements. A lot of wrestlers routines are laughable in the thought of organized functional muscular coordination.
