tonite at the gym
I had a damn good workout and thought I'd share it with you all. I'm doing this log on a couple other forums but tonite was a good one for me.
OK smashing PR's tonite. Overall I felt very strong and would have went further with my bb shrugs but I was starting to feel some aches coming on.
435x4x1 (new max...........500 you are in my sites)

25x10x3 (pr) not much but my form is very strict and my shoulders are a weak spot
upright cable rows
118x10x3 (not really liking these. I like bo rows better)
treadmill 18deg incline 4.2 mph 15 min.
Nothing drastic has changed with me over the last months o I have to attribute my pr's to the EST products I'm logging right now.
