LOWER BODY: MAX EFFORT

1. ME: Reverse Band Rack Pulls (bar below knee)..last set had 545 on the bar


2. Split Squats 4 sets of 10-12
3. Bench Hip Thrusts 4 sets of 10-12
4. Abdominal work

I went for 585 for my last set and almost ended up shitting myself..didn't move the bar much. but i was happy with the pull i had today
