Thoughts on Bulldozer Bodybuilding Bulking System?
I found the above system doing some google searching about bulking, and found the article cited above. I have never attempted such short term bulking and cutting, I normally bulk during winter, cut during spring to lose the fat I gained whilst bulking (which I'm starting now), then do maintenance training during summer and autumn.
But I would be very interested on what results people have yielded with the above kind of 2 week cycling. It goes against some of the claims I've made that drops of 500cals plus can cause a slow down in the metabolism (and going straight from bulking to cutting would incur a drop of probably 1000cals at least, and an increase the other way round).
