Above picture doesn't have a neutral spine, even with a heel (work boots) to push knees further forward.

Perhaps babies have different proportions before they grow, making it easier to hit depth like that in a narrow stance without a heel?

I don't know if I have ever seen anyone squat deep like (a baby) with no heel, with neutral spine. Without pivoting their foot outward like a duck and rolling inward on the arch to create some fake ankle flexibility.
