I never realized this before," until I started getting a cramp in my left hip, while benching the other day"! But, Im 6'2 with fairly long legs and I can't bring my legs back and keep my feet flat on the floor. I had to use 2 25# plates the other day, as Im starting to lift heavy now. Has anyone else had or have this problem with this bench, or is it just my technique, and hip flexor area needing more stretching? I hate to have't hack the legs off some.
