Its going well. I got thrown off track last week, but I'm back below my pre-binge weight. Down at 260, from 272 when I first began, so I'm happy with the pace so far. After all the wings and beer I had been back up at 266 at the beginning of the week, so 6 pounds this week, but averaging 4 a week so far. I'm going to try for the 255 or less by the end of the month, and I think I should be able to do it.
