I had to get back out to the Dog House. Cleveland kept me company.

I was just focused on getting some work in. Felt good, a little slow as I had to allow for a few hacking spells and phone calls from the boys.

Tomorrow I will do some leg work, hopefully to minimize the DOMS on Sunday.
