My bench sucks, everything felt heavy and slow. 115kg at the meet felt faster and easier. Diet has been crap last 2 days and barely slept, had to push bench to this morning which is annoying as I'll be squatting tomorrow and military Sunday.

Knee has been playing up since deads so we'll see for squats tomorrow.

Bench may need a new approach but I'll see how the rest of this cycle goes. Busy day again but should be able to relax tonight and do some reading.
