DYNAMIC BENCH:

Dynamic Bench: 8x3 (varying grips) - 175 w. 40lbs of chains.
*Finding my groove, feels fast and explosive

3-Board Press: 3x8-10 w. 185,245, last set ended up being 275x5 then dropped to 225, then 135.

DB Row: 75x12/85x12/95x8

a. Standing Shoulder Press 45x10/55/10/65x8
a. Pull-ups 6/6/5 back was already tired from db rows

then did some rear delt and bicep work

post workout meal..pancakes with syrup and eggs. Crushed!
