Bench press: 215x1(?) I'll explain later
DB Bench: 55 lb x? 60 lb 10/9/8. Back down to 55 for 6 or 7 reps.
DB Rows: 70 lb x8. 85 lb 10/8. Back to 70 for 10. Went easy on these.
Lots of pullups. Well, 20-25 in between bench sets.
Nonsense: I asked a dude to spot me on my topset because my friend who normally does wasn't in the gym today. I explained to him to let me set up, I'll unrack it and just make sure I don't get crushed. I forgot to explain I was going to pause the rep as well. So he pulled it off as soon as I paused. Second time we tried, he knew what I wanted...almost. I get it to the sticking point and he pulls it up immediately. If I had my friend I could have banged out another rep or two. Probably just one since I wasn't too strong today anyways.
