Default Pullup total tips

These are called latter reps. I discovered them a few years ago from a buddy on another forum that had massive pullup total. It wasn't nothing to see him to 3 sets of 20 pullups and then move onto another exercise. The guy had a massive upper back and massive biceps.

At the time I could only do 3-4 pullups and he gave me some advice, and I'm not sure if anyone has used these before but here is the technique.

Lets say for example you can do 3 straight pullups, your objective would be to do this.

3 pullups - rest for 30 seconds
2 pullups - rest about 20 seconds.
1 pullup - rest 10 seconds
1 pullup - rest about 10 seconds.
2 pullups - rest about 20 seconds.
3 pullups - then you are finished

Even though you could only complete 3 pullups straight, you have officially performed a total of 12 pullups in this session.

Each week, start with another rep, and continue. Your pullups will explode in no time!
