I know I've told you this before but your deadlift form is tight. I can really see you doing some great things on that lift. I think you'll be in the mid-500s before you know it.
Staying healthy is my number 1 goal, too much time lost these last couple of months. But I'm feeling like I'm about to hit a good patch and I cannot wait to ride it out.
