Notes: Lower back was hurting pretty bad today and really didn't want to lift. Just went in there and went through the motions today didn't have a whole lot of heart behind it today.

Only reason I went for a PR with board presses was because I knew there was no way I was going to be able to do that much rep work.

Really mad about the CGBP, I was about to lockout that second rep when I hit the rack about through me off balance.

Did the pump sets after dips and curls to get some blood flowing, felt really good and helped with my shoulder pain.
