Thanks guys. Mike she is well trained. Shes also the reason I started oly lifting. I want to be able to teach her.

3 hr workout
Power Snatch up to 97.5 (214)
Power Clean and Jerk up to 120 (264)
Back squat 495x1

bunny hops with a stick in the snatch position up and back in the parking lot for about twenty minutes trying to loosen up my hips

I am adding flexibility work everyday, I still cant do a real squat clean or snatch. Its really holding me back on the weights I should be using.
