Strongman Training Journal
I'm new here so I figured I would start a log. I'm 22, 5'10", 209 lbs. My best lifts are 315x3 bench, 405x4 squat, 320 front squat, 520 deadlift, and 245 overhead press (with axle and barbell). My next competition is March 17. I'm just doing it for fun since there's no 200 class. I'll be competing at 231, and just using this competition to help me get ready for one in June where I'll be doing the 200 class. Still training hard for it though.
