Thanks for the offer to help. Pull also hooked me up with some information. But my problem is small hands basically. On a clean I can hook half decently, but it hurts and I can only grab my thumb with my first finger, so when it gets heavy, even that slips more often than not. However, snatch is much worse as the angle seems to make matters very difficult and my thumb pops out right away with any kind of weight.
Honestly, I think I just need to do it more, get past the pain, and kind of stretch to lengthen my thumb so it's easier to grab.
However, any tips you have are much appreciated. And thanks Pull too! That article was very enlightening!
