DAY 3

training focus = 7
Focus is on the up but nothing hardcore but it's only day 3, still there is an increase in the mind muscle connection department.

energy = 5
Felt a little flat today but I think that's due to going heavy yesterday and no food before my workout and a general reduction in cals

appetite suppression = 8
Still pretty good notably eating less, but get hungry towards the end of the day as the second pak wears off.

crash = 0
No Crash, clean stable energy through out the day.

2 more days to weight in!!

The A Workout
3 minutes high intensity jumping rope

One arm dumbbell snatches - 1 x 10 @ 62lbs

3 minutes rowing machine - 743 meters

Dumbbell squat and presses - 1 x 10 @ 48lbs

3 minutes high intensity jumping rope

Feet elevated pushups - 55 reps

Bodyweight rows up to smith bar with feet elevated on bench - 25 reps

Dumbbell squat and presses - 1 x 10 @ 48lbs

3 minutes high intensity stair climbing - 39 floors climbed

One arm dumbbell swings each arm - 2 sets no rest
1 x 8 - @ 65lbs
Reduced weight
1 x 8 - @ 55lbs

Feet elevated pushups - 50 reps

Bodyweight rows up to smith bar with feet elevated - 25 reps

3 minutes high intensity jumping rope

Completed in 53 minutes.


0800 took CLA and CP
0830 took Cuts and BCAAs
0900 workout
1030 took PWO and BCAAs
1330 took 2nd cuts

Progression
1st set of push ups inc from 50 to 55 reps
1st of body weight rows inc 22 to 25 reps
2nd set of db squat and press inc 45 to 48 lbs
1 set of reps fron db swings inc 62 to 65 lbs
2nd set of push ups inc 40 to 45 reps
2nd set of body weight rows inc 22 to 25 reps


FOOD
Breakfast = 3 eggs / 1 yoke
Lunch = 2 home made burgers with roast pork, lettuce, tomato, capsicum
Dinner = Last of the roast pork (Yay finally) and a summer salad
Pre sleep snack = 2 slices of wholemeal toast and tomato
