Sorry to anyone reading if I haven't been keeping up with your log, I have a lot on at the moment (all good productive stuff, but a lot nonetheless) but that should begin to clear up after next week.

BtB, talking about IF I think I'm moving toward 2 meals a day. The first being at about 12pm for 1500 cals and the second in the evening at around 7pm for 2000 cals. The middle meal I used to have at 4pm(ish) seemed pointless and I was still hungry from mid-day. Results have been good anyway, strength is generally still on the way up and weight is down. Hopefully this will keep for a little while.
