This is how it went:
Monday 27th February - PM
Standing Press - 20kg x 3, 3, 40kg x 3
50kg/110lbs x 3 - 10 sets
10 triples this morning, dropped back to 50kg. I figure if I can get 60kg for 10 triples by April, that'll be decent enough. I'm pretty sure they all were relatively easy. Stuck to the same grip, about a thumb from the smooth. Closer than my Bench grip.
Equipped Squats and RDLs later.
