For those times that you really don't feel like cooking much.
Parmesan Chicken Legs
8 chicken legs (use as many as you like really, this just happens to be the number I have right now)
1 cup grated parmesan cheese (the cheap stuff)
2 tbsp almond meal
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
Crack the eggs and whip them with a fork. Coat chicken legs in egg, roll leg in the "breading" above, place on a foil lined baking sheet for easy cleanup. Bake at 350 for a while, probably around 45 minutes, but your mileage and oven may vary.
