After being under Fazc and BTB wings...I'm forging back out on my own...so here's the new log!

The scheme pattern will be this:

Week1: bench/dead
Week 2: bench/squat
Week 3: dead/squat...deload bench
Week 4: dead/bench...deload squat
Week 5: bench/squat...deload dead
Week 6.....complete deload

Them restart over again up until meet in April, I have seen awesome gains with this protocol so why change what has been working!
