Hanging Leg Raise
Foam roll IT Band, Adductors, Hip Flexors and Piriformis before and after. Also did my old yoga stretches afterwards and intend to do a lot more stretching in general.
Decided to rep out today as the singles are relatively light for now. Only singled 140kg before so 7rep PB I suppose, I had more but I just couldn't breath, was still trying to catch breath on the singles which felt hard.
Concentrated on firing glutes on the GM's and it felt good. The guy from last week disturbed me after set 3 so I pushed the last 2 a bit harder. Grip/energy was gone for hanging, I'm going to take a band next week and I'll finish with some standing abs.
Not a bad week and feeling very close to 100%, not sure whether to deload next week, I'd rather sit on my ass than go through the motions but even more so, I'd rather be lifting some heavy ass weight!
