some of the guys over here used it with success, talk to Kman025 about the results he has had
do this. this program and variations of this 3x5 it took me from a 180 squat to a 290 squat. a 185 deadlift to a 355 deadlift. and a 150 bench to a 200 bench.
i just now am majorly changing from this program
