Stick to the basics man, eat big, train big, sleep big. And you will get big. Stick to basic compound movements and you will grow fast.

Progression has to be key too, try to add more weight every workout. Any basic program will do, MAB's main site has a ton of beginner workouts to suite anyone's needs. Stick to the basics and work hard.
