Thanks 5kgLifter. I have been enjoying it. Started a week or so ago doing them every day. Could only get 5 reps at a time. Hit 13 today! Quick progress...

BTB, i made the "pad" out of 2x4 and 2x6s... i could take a quick video of it if you want to see how i did it. It had square edges, so i took a skill saw, held the guard open and started "grinding" the edges off... that was the only tricky part of the whole process.... there may be a better way, but i'm just a backwoods boy with some carpentry skills. Lol. I then had it wrapped in foam and paid the guy 20 bucks... he even threw in a nice piece of vinyl so its pretty durable...
