Rack Pull (Top of bar was at top of knee, lowest available notch on the rack).
170x1 - PR
170x1 - First one almost failed because of grip (and I was using wraps). Second one was without wraps and was better. I think this is my established baseline.
140kg: 5 x trebles
Pretty comfortable as it should be. Because the pulls are from the knee, this really doesn't cause me any strain at all barring with the grip.
Tried these dynamic but still with deadlift grip
120x5 (Did these with Rack pulls)
110x5x3 -Good. 115kg next week
Pin 11: 3 x 5
Wanted to do 1 arm row but all benches were taken so I did this instead. Not too bothered as my accessory work is all interchangeable anyway.
Think I should invest in Versa Gripps!
Decent workout again. Heavy(ish) weights being lifted but it's not killing me (yet).
