So many young trainees still believe that steroids are the only aspect of the equation. Far from true. HGH is a major part of modern bodybuilding, and is much more expensive then steroids and requires a longer time investment.

On the bright side, Franco Columbu was 5'5" 185. It doesn't take 260 pounds to look big.
