Thanks MAB. Already had one back surgery, don't want another so I always defer to the safe approach where back is concerned.
I have found a new fun breakfast. I was craving pancakes yesterday so I mixed up some Almond/Flax/Protein pancakes. Tweaked the recipe today, cut a TBS of Almond Meal and added a TBS of Flax Meal.
357 cals 9 g Carbs 18 g fat 38 g of Protein and boy was it yummy.
