Ok it was time for a change in pace and I 'm going with basically the same routine just muscle groups once a week. Also probably gonna go with a keto diet real soon. Today's workout I went with power, so this week will be all power lifts and next will be hypertrophy all week then back to power, get it.

Slin Sane is going great, more vascular in the biceps and feeling leaner, gonna weigh up tomorrow. Still sweating like a pig
