Thanks Mark, and yes shoulder feels much better. It was still a little weird yesterday, but fine tonight.

I'm not going to lie I absolutely LOVE that nickname!!

Thanks for the advice will be looking into it, and I really have no idea what caused it. It just started hurting during a set, very strange.

Notes: After reading an article on the main page I started reading some of the chaos and pain blog and decided to give it a try with axle c&p. I really liked it, I could have gotten a double for the first one but I felt I got a lot more work done with this. I did tweak it a bit, instead of setting a timer I kept going until I missed two. If I could have I would have kept going, was having a lot of fun with the short rest period.

Tried some boards, my triceps were just to fried after C&P to give it a fair try. Next week only thinking about doing what I did with Log press and put it on deadlift day and make board pressing my main movement for monday. Just not sure if thats way to much lower body work for one day. They were also very strange pressing to, just not used to it yet. Also I think I will get more out of my two board, the 3 board is just way to short of a range to get a whole lot out of.

Felt great with my SS, dips and curls were a breeze today. I also ordered some bands Sunday, and I just got an email from UPS saying they should be here Tuesday. That is what I am really excited to try, just not sure what the weight will be. On the website it says at the top I should get 90 pounds. Is that per band or for the both of them, I think it means per band but not 100% sure. I find out Thursday though.
