Thanks for the encouragement, BTB.

I'll be honest though, my arms, neck and shoulders are all an inch SMALLER than my best and my waist is three inches above where I like to be.

I'll say it was the 6+ weeks of rest I took while intentionally eating extra. That was completely necessary, but this year, taking a few smaller planned breaks should allow me to take maybe only 4 weeks off this December. That will help me maintain my size and lower BF% much better.
