DAY 15 Chest ----
didnt do any triceps today.... guess tommorrow is ARMS
flat bench--- 135x12/ 185x8/ 225x6/ 245x3- these were done slow and strict form, all the way to touch chest--- for those of you that know me, you know i have a shoulder injury that wont go away, im trying to force myself thru the pain---- next lifts done with arms even with ground--- 135x15/ 135x19/ 135x15--- fvcking spent--- AWESOME PUMP
incline DB- 70x8/ 75x6/ 60x7/ 50x10/ 40x15---- another serious PUMP
Dips-- BWx10/ BWx9/ BWx7---- couldnt get anything else
last night was horrible, son was sick and my teen age daughter decided to stay up half the damn night and turn on the bathroom light like 75 fvcking times...... needless to say i was tired all day... i sure coulda used some TF-1 last night.... i think i need to get me some so when im short on sleep i atleast feel decent the next day.... ok e-nuff ranting....
