3 eggs, 2 strips bacon, coffee, whey
whey and water post workout
Leftover cabbage casserole
Dinner: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
3 pounds ground beef
1 pound italian sausage
3 cups pasta sauce
6 oz spaghetti
salt, garlic, crushed red pepper, oregano, basil
Brown all the meat, pour off any excess liquid, add pasta sauce and seasonings, let simmer for 15 minutes
Cook pasta until desired level of doneness
serve with parmesan cheese.
Pretty simple, but very good. I ate 18 oz of the meat and 1/2 the cooked pasta. yay leftovers!
