Felt pretty crappy today. Legs and lower back are fatigued, big time - scratching my head as to why. Cleans were slow and under power. Dip/drive on the push presses were slow and powerless. 405 squat was hard and 415 was a grind. Squat down sets moved better, but much harder than they should have been. Still got in work...
