i refuse to lift in the morning. my joints and connective tissues arent ready for it and my training usually suffers in some way or another. i lift after i have 2-3 meals or more in my system and after ive had time to loosen up and move around some.
that said, everyone is different. i have plenty of friends that like to workout first thing and "get it over with" but i dont wanna just get it over with, i love my training time, i want to enjoy it.
