Upper Body in Phase 2
Ok Mondays are still upper body days just with different exercises. I mentioned before I wasn't sure on the exercises for the full body day. But I EFFIN LOVE todays exercises. They look something like this.
Close Parallel Grip Chin-ups 5 sets ( 5,5,5,5,3) My last set my form went to shit so I didn't make the 5.
Military Press 5 sets; ( 5 @85, then 5,5,5,4 all with 95)
Blast Strap Face pulls- 2 sets of 8
1 arm flat DB Press 2 sets of 6 with a 45#DB
EZ Curls with FAT GRIPZ 2 sets 10 with 30#, 8 with 50#
Felt Great after this session something about the Press just gets me going. I know its not as much weight as many of you here do but my ego is not in the way today and it felt AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!
