Thought I'd resurrect this thread to get some advice. I've had a few minor shoulder problems over the last couple of months that have pretty much gone and have some elbow tendonitis in my right arm too.
I've had some good rest and the arm and shoulder is feeling good, but in the last month every time I get through a pressing session, it sets me right back. I'm avoiding presses this week and don't really want to jump back into heavy pressing sessions too soon and risk anything flaring up again.
I was just wondering whether the slingshot would be a good way to build back to heavy presses in this situation?
