I am definitely sticking around!

I try to pause all my reps. I used to train with a crew of guys a couple of years ago and they made me pause everything. There reasoning was if you have to do it in a meet then it makes sense to train it. Now I will admit, the pause does turn into a hesitation sometimes but I rarely deliberately do touch and go reps.
