I like the progression and splits on this maybe a better phrase would have been. " Not sure if I like the exercises on this day. Overall I've liked this program I'm doing and if I did switch I'd either go back to the stronglifts 5x5 or Triple Threat Muscle program. I've also thought about doing Ferruggia's 666 workout I hear it is really good. But I am committed to actually finishing an entire 12 week routine before I switch.
