No kidding on hoping summer waits. Well ok so the full body workout on in phase 2 looks like this;
Medicine Ball Slam 5 x 5 with 45 secs rest
Blast Strap Push-Ups 3 sets of 10 ( 60 sec rest)
Seated Cable rows with parallel group 3 sets ( 100,110,110) 60 sec rest Weight seemed easy
Power Wheel Rollout 3 sets ( 10,10,10) 45 secs rest
Single Leg Hip Thrusts sets (10,10,10)
Pinwheel Curls 2 sets (8,8) with 30 lb DB

Undecided on how I like this routine but I only have to do it 3 more times so will stick with it. I love blast strap pushups definitely hits you a little different.
