So where to start,
I'm a newbie to the lifting scene.. I'm 5 foot 10, 82kg and 20 years old..
My goals are to gain strength and definition until summer. I aim to bulk after the hols.
Prior to this I had been eating 1 fast food meal (minimum) daily and before too long I noticed I was well on my way to becoming fat.
One day I looked in the mirror and thought, SH!T, I need to take some pride in my appearance asap!
