The beer was a brand called Warsteiner. This stuff went down like a cold glass of iced tea does. Man that was good beer. Another great place for great beer is the Hoffbrau house in downtown Munich. Litre's of cold beer in big mugs. You can hurt yourself in that place trying to keep up with the locals. 4 litres is a lot of beer to drink in one night.
I love dark German beers.
Most beers sold here are watered down at least 50% vs their European counterparts. Shame!
PS - Checked out the CPB blog. Very cool. I'm 100% natural and my original inspiration came from actual Greek/Roman statutes and the old Hercules/Samson movies with stars like Reeves...
