Comments: Intense session today! Felt good to be back at the speed work, I need it! No PRs but a lot of work done. DB Rows were brutal on the conditioning, starting GPP sessions on all offdays as soon.

*Blue bands were hard to press against, each adds 25-35kg in top i think.
